Had a really great stay at the Holiday, everything was good. The rooms were reasonably large and brand-new with ample space kept by the nice staff. The location was marvellous, minutes from a cultural heritage monument. Main shopping street and a shopping street were right next door.

Spacious room with a big comfy bed, a mini-fridge for your snacks, a coffee maker for your morning cup, and a cozy sitting area. Awesome location, just a 5-minute walk to Independencia Square! 🌟

The good disposition of the staff. When we arrived they made us a room up grade to a very comfortable and spacious one. Besides, the room was clean and well presented. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable . The indoor pool, although not very large, is functional and pleasant . The hotel also has a garage at a reasonable price . For the purpose of walking around downtown Montevideo, especially Ciudad Vieja and many other places of interest, the location is perfect.

Very little variety in the breakfast and few alternatives of fruits, dough and breads. The hot water for the tea was arranged in a thermos with flaws that made it uncomfortable to serve . On the first of January we had to eat at the hotel restaurant, as everything was closed, and they offered us a very simple menu of very regular quality at a disproportionate price. The air conditioning had a problem for a couple of days, but it was solved. Also, one day they forgot to clean the room and we had to ask for clean towels, but still, the staff was always solicitous to attend to our requirements. . The area of the hotel, during the night, looks a little dark and a little dangerous, but quiet. In the reception area, there was a leak that gave a bad impression when we arrived and that remained unresolved for several days. . The quality standard is lower than other Holiday Inn we have known, but it still meets the requirements for a good stay.

Everything was just good, from check in untill check out. Good rooms and bed, good breakfast.

Lay out of bathroom was not good: the toilet was standing very close to a wall.

Great location, only a short walk from historic landmarks and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean with good amenities. the free buffet breakfast was adequate.

Some aspects of the hotel were dated and could use upgrading. the TV channels were in a language other than English, and the Wi-Fi was slow.

Very old hotel never renewed, staff not particularly helpful (I asked for a quiet room, they put in front of the elevator). One day I was away the all day when I came back in the evening the room was still undone. Elevator of the hotel looks it will break any minute. I give this hotel 2 stars I really do not understand why it still has the Holiday Inn, nothing like the others.

This hotel has an excellent location right in the center, near the old city and casino, and very close to the Tres Cruces terminal. It's perfect for exploring the main square and surrounding areas. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathroom amenities are good. The breakfast served is fine, with scrambled eggs and continental options. There is a gym and pool available with good service and a bar in the hotel building.

Some minor details need attention such as broken switches and mold on the floor.

The location is excellent, with easy access to all public transport and right near the Casino. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room service was prompt and the dry cleaning service was efficient. The bell staff/porter was always available to assist with our luggage, and the housekeeping team kept the room very clean throughout our stay. We appreciated the little extras, such as the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance offered by the hotel. The room amenities were also top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities provided. We also made use of the mini-bar and enjoyed relaxing in the sitting area. The in-room safe and trouser press were convenient additions, and we loved having a patio to enjoy the views. The hair dryer and free toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the television and alarm clock were of good quality. We felt well taken care of by the staff at the reception desk, who were always friendly and helpful.

This place is highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Holiday Inn was a pleasant surprise! We were initially worried about the room, but we were actually surprised with its cleanliness and comfort. The location was perfect, with many landmarks within walking distance and a short cab ride to the beach. The nearby Churrascaria restaurant was a bonus, and there was even a casino nearby. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold dishes. The staff was very kind and hospitable, even providing us with special food items upon request.
